Find a house
Find the perfect accommodation in Queenstown, NZ, for you and your family by browsing the available properties on our website. When you find a home you are interested in, get in touch with us to arrange a suitable date and time for the viewing. Please note we can’t hold a property for you until you have viewed it in person. After all, getting a new long-term accommodation tenancy in Queenstown is a big decision – we want to help ensure you get it right.
The viewing is a time for you to get an understanding of whether you like the home and if it suits your requirements. We can also answer your questions.
Applying for a tenancy
You will need to complete a tenancy application which will then go through our vetting and approval process. This is a tried and tested process that is fair to both tenants and landlords. As part of completing the application, you will need to provide documentation. Our team will provide the help and advice you need.
We’ll communicate with you about the decision on your application. If successful, we’ll get you to complete a tenancy agreement. Payment of a bond, deposit, and the initial rental of the property is required at this stage too.

Direct debit is our preferred method of payment. You will be advised in your tenancy agreement when rent payments are due.
